FIND YOUR VOICE AS A WRITER … The Writing Studio is calling all storytellers to explore their writer’s voice at a practical 4-Saturday creative writing workshop at the Artscape Theatre Centre in Cape Town on July 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 2pm until 5pm. The Write Voice is an inspirational and motivational workshop for aspirant scribes who would like to sharpen their storytelling skills and develop their craft in writing features, stories and scripts that will reflect the unique flavour of South Africa and its people. If you’re an aspiring storyteller with a vivid imagination whose ideas are larger than life, The Writing Studio has an exciting The Write Journey workshop that guarantees to turn words into action! Aspirant storytellers can sharpen their storytelling skills and develop their craft in Johannesburg on Saturday, July 31 and Sunday, August 1, and in Cape Town on 4 Saturdays from August 14. THE WRITE TRAINER… In an age where everyone makes regular trips to their local gym to stay healthy, it is important for writers to keep writing effectively and remain in a perfect state of creative health; where ideas flow freely and projects are completed.If you are based in Cape Town, you can arrange for individual sessions. If you are living outside Cape Town, or would prefer coaching in your own space and at your own time, you can submit your query via email.
